At BOULING CHEMICAL, we work hard, but we also value and encourage employees to enjoy focused and meaningful time outside of work. Employees spend time with their families on weekends, evenings (most positions), and most holidays. Very few positions require travel. Our working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (exact working hours vary by department). To help you achieve a healthy balance between home life and work, we strive to provide as much flexibility as possible within your job scope.
