Q: Can you offer ISO Tank package for Hydrofluoric Acid Anhydrous?
A: Yes, we can. However as ISO Tank is very expensive, we need charge a deposit to rent it from other channel and when customer get the cargo in destination port , we will return the deposit.
Q: Do you have Export License of Fluorochemicals ? How long will you need to apply for a new Export License?
A:It depends on which country we will export to. If applying for a new Export license, we will take only 15-25 days for Southeast Aisa countries and 45-60 days for other countries.
Q: How long is the shelf life of Fluorochemicals?
A:Normally, they have one-year shelf life.
Q:What is the package you can offer ?
A:We can supply kinds of package, like 25kg drum,235kg drum ,IBC drum and ISO Tank.
Q:What are you target clients?
A:Both distributors and end-user
Q:Do you have agent in other countries?
A: No.
Q:How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?
A: We offer a commercial offer to your E-mail and it valids for 3-5 days

A: Our payment terms is flexible. If your company has good credit, we also can offer Open Account (60-120 days) which means you can make payment within 60-120 days from B/L date after you receive the cargo.
Q:Do you accept third party inspection?
A: Yes, we can supply free ISO Inspeciton & charged SGS Inspection.
Q:What if quantity discrepancy arises?
A: We would try best to avoiding this mistake, if it happened, we would return payment or add it in your next order.
Q:What's your delivery and transit time?
A: We normmally arrange delivery within 2 weeks after commercial order.
Q:Can I pay with a credit card?
A: If the total amount is not big, you can pay us by credit.
